So exciting today to watch one of my horses win a Grade 3 race at Santa Anita, receiving 60% of the $200K purse, plus a 100K bonus! From last to first around the second turn. This earns her 10 points toward a possible entry into the starting gate for this year's Kentucky Oaks. What a ride that would be, after our Authentic won last year's Derby and the Classic! Let's hope her next race earns her the qualifying points she needs. Great job, Mr. Mandella and MRH!

Moonlight looked like a champion before the race and ran like a champion. Great job by the entire crew having her ready. Wow! what a great race. I love this game.

I bought 1/10 share of two horses. power up paytner-solar strike. At the time I was completely unaware that I wouldn't receive any money returns. Also unaware since my shares were so small, that I would not be to visit the paddock, if it became possible. So what did I spend this money for? The only people that would maybe make money are the people that bought many full shares. Then again I find that next to impossible. Not worth the money

We pride ourselves in our transparency, and every offering includes information and full disclosure on the 'perks' that that offering includes. We understand your frustration that you have yet to see financial success from your venture, but that is the nature of horse racing. Not all horses are destined for greatness, and while we do our due diligence in selecting horses and positioning them with trainers and in racing circuits that will maximize their chance of success, it is still a tricky business that involves a lot of luck. Additionally, horses do not always peak early in their careers - Justify didn't start until he was a three-year-old, and top sire Speightstown didn't win a Grade 1 until he was six-years-old. Those are the trials and tribulations of horse racing!

Looking forward to Saturday, with the hope that Moonlight will take the next step in her journey. It seems to me one of the most important things in this sport is to try and build a legacy of success, and if you are lucky, of greatness. These things are of course a product of genes and training, and not a small amount of luck. I wish her a bit of that luck this weekend, and I am grateful to be along for the ride.

I bought one share of Authentic for $230. He is probably the greatest horse a site like this will ever offer. He won the Kentucky Derby, second in the Preakness, won Santa Anita, one just about received every award a horse can get, and he made over 20,000,000, yet I have not received a dime. What a scam. Next time I will just buy a $230 ticket on win, lace or show and I would have made way more money. Don't get sucked into the scam. What a rip off.

MyRacehorse As a shareholder you will receive yearly dividend checks for the entirety of Authentic's stallion career, which if successful and healthy could go on for two decades. In early January we released the current status of the Authentic financials and year one stallion projections. For the first year of his breeding career, we estimate that shareholders will receive a dividend of $32 per share. Finalized financials and payouts each year will occur in the following year after that year’s foal crop is born and stud fees are collected from breeders. So you will be receiving your first payout in 2022. The amount of dividends in subsequent years will fluctuate based on a number of factors including Authentic’s stud fee and live foals. Just to be clear as a shareholder you earned your share of Authentic’s on track earnings. However, as a shareholder you are also responsible for the kickers (additional payments) that were part of this offering and owed to the original owners of the horse under the contractual requirements. Kickers were noted and discussed in the offering terms and expert view section of Authentic’s page on MyRacehorse (log in to your account, select My Horses, Authentic, Offering) and several updates we provided along the way. In our model we never require out of pocket payments after your purchase, so we are using the proceeds from his races and will pay back the rest of the debt due with money from his breeding career. Authentic is very well bred, has great conformation, and is a KY Derby, Breeders Cup, and Horse of the Year winner. These achievements have dramatically increased his value and demand by breeders, allowing us to have a very significant stud fee. In horse racing today, the stud fee is where the real profits are driven. Considering he could cover 200+ mares in a season, this is quite the impact. And YOU participate in these revenues! So yes, it was a give today to receive tomorrow situation. Tomorrow being many years of breeding revenues. At the end of the day, the original owners of Authentic would never have sold him to us if we didn't allow them to share in the financial success of his great on track achievements. This is a major trend in the private purchase market right now and it is a win-win for both parties. Owners are less hesitant to sell top horses while racing and Stallion Farms have a better chance of acquiring some of the best stallion prospects. Getting a top stallion is not easy, and now that Authentic has reached the pinnacles of racing, we are well on our way to seeing if as a stallion he can become a huge influence on the breed for years to come.

Once they become qualified shares through the SEC, the shares will be available to purchase. We are hopeful that the offerings will be qualified by the SEC in the coming weeks. Qualification times have historically ranged from a number of weeks to a few months, depending on a number of factors. Please be sure to select the "Indicate Interest" button on the horses offering page if you are interested in purchasing shares. By indicating interest, you will be placed in a virtual line for our early access period. I was bitten by the racehorse bug when I picked Dancer's Image to win the 1968 Kentucky Derby. His losing the race by disqualification didn't dampen my feelings for him. I'm glad he eventually became a important sire in Great Britain. Have you ever considered selling shares in other racing breeds? Standardbreds continue to race until they're forced to retire at 15. (It's easier for a horse to pull a driver than it is to carry a rider.) Or Quarter Horses, Appaloosas and Paints? After all, The All American Futurity at Readoso Downs was the first race in history to have a Million dollar purse. Buying a share in Collusion Illusion was just perfect for me.

MyRacehorse Dancer's Image's career was a wild story indeed! As for providing microshares for other breeds, we do not offer any as of yet but we do consider all opportunities. Thanks for your support!

Nothing like just having a micro share in Horse Racing..Just the fact u have an interest in your horses is what it is all about...Knowing that you wont be making alot of money with this but for me its the joy seeing your horses run and knowing u have a micro fraction of an investment in it makes it exciting...My two horses are STORM SHOOTER and FROSTED OATS....Storm Shooter doing great..Can't wait till Froasted Oats starts her career...Thanks again MRH!
